For more than a decade, I’ve served in the multifamily real-estate world, managing and optimizing large portfolios while teaching teams how to lead with clarity, integrity, and presence.
Today, I oversee 900+ units across multiple properties, maintain 95%+ occupancy, and build cultures where people feel seen, safe, and supported.
My journey started in leasing and marketing, grew into property management, and expanded into portfolio leadership.
